Who We Are

A family of artisans, sharing our heritage

House of Kashmir is a family of artisans inspired to share our heritage with the world. Each piece is carefully created by skilled hands that have inherited their techniques through generations, ensuring that what you receive is not just a product, but a masterpiece.

We use only the finest natural materials — Pashmina wool, silk, and cotton — so that every item reflects the region's centuries-old tradition of excellence.

Craft

The details make it luxury

True luxury is found in the little details.

Our artisans blend age-old techniques with modern care, ensuring every piece is as functional as it is beautiful. From selecting the finest fibers to the final, intricate embroidery, everything we do is driven by a love for quality and a commitment to keeping this craft thriving.

Pashmina Wool

Combed from the undercoat of Himalayan goats — a wool so soft it feels like a whisper of the high mountains.

Silk

Woven for lustre and drape, used to carry the fine detail of paisley and floral motifs.

Cotton

Grounding fabric for everyday pieces, chosen for its honesty and comfort.

Hand embroidery

Tiny needles hand-stitch delicate patterns, hundreds of hours per piece.

Hand-dyed fabric

Rich, lasting color worked in small batches by hand.

Tailoring & finishing

Every kaftan and hijab finished by hand for drape and fit.

Handset jewelry

Stones and metalwork set piece by piece, not machine-pressed.

Our Story

Honoring the past, shaping the future

House of Kashmir was established in January 2026. We noticed a lack of awareness about the true artistry of Kashmir, and we wanted to bridge that gap — opening House of Kashmir to honor our past while shaping the future, sharing our culture's most beautiful stories with the world.

At the heart of every Kashmiri shawl is the story of pashmina, a wool so soft it feels like a whisper of the high Himalayas.

This is a craft passed down through generations, where artisans spend hundreds of hours using tiny needles to hand-stitch delicate patterns into the fabric. But these pieces aren't just beautiful antiques; they are living, breathing works of art.

Today, we are reinterpreting those timeless paisley designs with a fresh, modern touch — blending an ancient, soulful heritage with an effortless style that feels perfectly at home in your everyday life.

Philosophy

Grounded, and modern

We believe in creating pieces that feel both grounded and modern. Our designs are inspired by deep, symbolic traditions, but styled to be simple, bold, and easy to wear. Every collection is our way of keeping a beautiful culture alive — turning heritage into something you can carry with you every day.

Mission

A bridge to a richer story

Our mission is simple: to bring the elegance of Kashmiri craftsmanship into the modern world. We want to celebrate the hands that make these pieces and share that beauty with you — connecting people to an older story, while making sure tradition feels right at home in the present.

More Than a Label

House of Kashmir is more than a label — it's a movement.

A way to celebrate where we come from, honor our roots, and express our own style with grace and confidence.
